These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shipfast platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"). By signing up or using Shipfast, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Who We Are
Shipfast is a Technology Service Provider (TSP) for the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). We offer integration tools, seller onboarding support, analytics, and logistics modules to help businesses of all sizes grow on ONDC.
2. Eligibility
To use Shipfast, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the authority to act on behalf of a business
Provide accurate, up-to-date registration and KYC information
3. Use of Services
You agree to:
Use the services only for lawful business purposes
Not misuse, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform
Follow all ONDC guidelines and Shipfast policies
Keep your account credentials confidential
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
5. Fees & Payments
Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees. You agree to:
Pay all applicable charges as per your plan or custom agreement
Allow Shipfast to process payments securely through authorized gateways
Pay applicable taxes, if any
Pricing terms may be updated from time to time with prior notice.
6. Data Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data responsibly and comply with ONDC standards for data sharing and protection.
7. Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, logistics partners, ONDC buyer/seller apps). Shipfast is not liable for any issues arising from those third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
Shipfast owns all rights, title, and interest in its software, designs, trademarks, and content. You may not use our branding or assets without written permission.
Your business data, content, product catalogs, and trademarks remain yours.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned downtime and maintenance may occur. We are not liable for damages resulting from outages, technical issues, or delays.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Shipfast is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months for the services.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Shipfast may suspend or terminate your access for:
Breach of terms
Non-payment
Fraud or misuse
Violation of ONDC guidelines
Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and we may retain necessary data as required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or platform alerts. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
